Rochon Corporation was awarded the contracts to build a 58,000sf Mixed-use building in Mendota Heights, MN for RMF Group, Inc; a 15,500sf 2 story Office Building addition in Golden Valley, MN for LOGIS; Three New Park Shelter Buildings for The City of Eden Prairie; a 7,000sf addition to Bridgewood Community Church in Blaine, MN; a new 28,000sf Fire Station for the City of Edina; a new 21,000sf Public Works Building for the City OF Rockford; a 7,000sf Renovation to the Dakota Wentworth Library for Dakota County; a Renovation to William Byrne Elementary School for Burnsville ISD # 191 and a 1,000sf  Well Pump House for  the City Of Savage.

Construction is currently underway on: SW Metro Transit, a 14,000sf addition to the Bus Garage for the South West Metro Transit; Dakota Communications Center, a new 25,000sf Emergency Dispatch Building for Dakota County in Empire, MN; a 7,000sf manufacturing addition for Custom Fab Solutions in Chanhassen, MN; Track 29, a 6-building, 54-unit Townhome development project in Minneapolis, MN; Row Townhomes, a 39-unit townhouse development; North Village Linden Street Lofts, a 36-unit condominium development; The Village at Mendota Heights, a 42,800sf office/retail project for RMF Group, Inc.; The LDS Church of New Prague, a new 13,000sf facility for the Church of Latter Day Saints; a 7,000sf addition to Bridgewood Community Church in Blaine, MN; and a 1,900sf Retail/Apartment for Public Storage in Blaine, MN
