Rochon Corporation is a commercial construction company focusing on General Contracting and Design Build construction in the Office, Educational, Industrial, Multi-family, Religious and Retail building markets.
Our expertise, services and approach for all Construction projects are structured with three senior-level principals who leverage their integrated experience, competencies and expertise on all projects that involve the Rochon team. They each have a major stake in the business, the client and the outcome of your project, and are supported by Project Managers, Assistant Project Managers, Superintendents and other staff. Encompassing only the project management level, Rochon has well in excess of 75 years of senior-level project management expertise to draw upon, to ensure the success of your project to achieve the required objective, to complete your project as specified within the defined time schedule and the established budget. We believe that accurate cost estimating is critical for setting the path and direction of the entire project; we use a process that secures reliable budget estimates. And we will only work with subcontractors that we have confidence in and can contribute to a successful project.
Our total staff numbers 20-25 full time employees. Our annual sales are approximately $40-$50 million. The majority of our contracts are with repetitive clients that work with us on a negotiated basis, in which they request that we participate in the project from inception through occupancy. Occasionally, we will be included on an invited bidder's list or bid on public projects. "Hard bid" projects such as those keep us close to the forces that influence the competitive market place.
